At Soba Dojo, you make soba by hand from flour and water, then roll and cut the noodles yourself. The experience takes about 2 to 3 hours, and most guests are beginners.
We are in the Nakajima Park area of Sapporo, a 3-minute walk from the tram stop and easy to add to a sightseeing day. English-friendly guidance is available.
Bookings are available from 2 guests. Children around elementary school age and up are welcome. You can enjoy your handmade soba as a meal on site.
