ABOUT THE SHOP
A small handmade soba shop near Nakajima Park
Fukuneko SOBA serves handmade nihachi soba made with stone-ground buckwheat flour. We focus on the clean aroma, smooth texture, and gentle bite that come from fresh handmade noodles.
The shop is open for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. With about 12 seats, it is a calm stop for solo visitors, small groups, and travelers exploring Sapporo.
First-time guests often start with chilled soba and dipping sauce, soba with tempura, or chilled soba with warm mushroom dipping broth. Add a mini rice bowl if you want a fuller lunch.
