WHAT TO EXPECT

A hands-on experience, followed by a full meal

At Soba Dojo, you make soba by hand from flour and water, then roll and cut the noodles yourself. The experience takes about 2 hours, and most guests are beginners.

We are in the Nakajima Park area of Sapporo, a 3-minute walk from the tram stop and easy to add to a sightseeing day. Our host shows each step by hand and explains with a translation app, so you can join without speaking Japanese.

After the workshop, enjoy your handmade soba with appetizers, salad, meat dishes, tempura and Japanese sake. Dishes vary by day.
