ABOUT THE SHOP
A small handmade soba shop near Nakajima Park
Fukuneko SOBA prepares handmade soba with stone-ground buckwheat flour. Alongside our nihachi soba, we now offer juwari soba made with 100% buckwheat flour. We are currently serving fresh-harvest soba, so come and enjoy the aroma and flavor of the season.
The shop is open for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. With about 12 seats, it is a calm stop for solo visitors, small groups, and travelers exploring Sapporo.
First-time guests often start with chilled soba and dipping sauce, soba with tempura, or chilled soba with warm mushroom dipping broth. Add a mini rice bowl if you want a fuller lunch.
