Yuriko Miyamoto
Founder of Fukuneko Seimensho — 20 years of soba making
"Soba is fun because you make it, eat it, and share laughs together."
Born in Ebetsu, Hokkaido and based in Sapporo. She entered the world of soba in her 40s and has dedicated over 20 years to the craft. Her teaching emphasizes not just technique, but the joy of making soba, the warmth of handmade food, and human connection.
