We nurture a vibrant community through soba from our small workshop near Nakajima Park. We are a bit different from a typical soba restaurant — a warm place where kind-hearted people gather to support one another.
OUR LOCATION
A small neighborhood soba spot near Nakajima Park
Fukuneko Seimensho is on the first floor of Himawari Heights in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. We are a 3-minute walk from Nakajima-Koen-Dori tram stop and about 10 minutes from Nakajima-Koen subway station.
Nakajima Park is a green, waterside area loved by both locals and visitors. It is an easy place to walk before or after lunch.
We hope to be the kind of place you can drop into after a park walk: for a bowl of soba, a hands-on workshop, or takeout to bring home.

Yuriko Miyamoto
Founder of Fukuneko Seimensho — 20 years of soba making
"Soba is fun because you make it, eat it, and share laughs together."
Born in Ebetsu, Hokkaido and based in Sapporo. She entered the world of soba in her 40s and has dedicated over 20 years to the craft. Her teaching emphasizes not just technique, but the joy of making soba, the warmth of handmade food, and human connection.
