Enjoy the aroma and flavor of juwari soba, made with 100% buckwheat flour. We are also serving soba made with this season's freshly harvested buckwheat.

Make Soba by Hand and Take It Home

¥3,300 per person

Learn to mix, knead, roll, and cut soba by hand. Take home approximately five servings, made with 500g of buckwheat flour. Beginners are welcome to ask about joining.

• Start time: arrange in advance between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. A 7:00 PM start is also welcome.
• Around four participants per day / payment in cash on the day
• Bring a container large enough for five servings and an apron if you have one. Wear clothes that can get flour on them.
• To sign up, send your preferred date, start time, and number of participants via LINE by the day before.

Meals and tastings are not included. Guests with a buckwheat allergy cannot participate.

Private Soba Dinner for 2–10 Guests

¥3,500 per guest

Enjoy seasonal small dishes, tempura, handmade soba, and fruit in a relaxed private-course setting.

Includes one drink. Ask us on LINE about extra drinks or group drink plans. Online bookings are prepaid. Bookings arranged by LINE or email are paid through a card payment link if the date is within 7 days, otherwise at the shop on the day.

Soba Making + Dining

¥6,300 per person

After the workshop, enjoy your handmade soba with appetizers, salad, meat dishes, tempura and Japanese sake. Dishes vary by day.

Online booking is for 2 or more guests, up to 7 days before. For solo travelers, dates within 7 days (up to the day before), or groups of 7+, please contact us by LINE or email.
